These barrettes are hand forged from quality 1018 steel to a 1/4 of an inch at their thickest point making them light, delicate and very strong. Each barrette comes with a simple, hand forged hairpin that will not distract from the mirrored twists and delicately curved double finials.
Best suited for thick, long hair they are perfect for historical reenactment, renaissance festivals, SCA events or everyday wear.
No power tools, or machining, traditional hammer finished at the anvil, wire brushed and finished with canola oil.
All hand forged items will have minor variances in design.
